You’ll also find some of the more affordable housing in the city especially towards Second and First avenues. Many young professionals and families rent or buy their first home here.

Throughout the area, there is no shortage of trendsetting restaurants, cozy cafes and ethnic cuisine. Also popular for its numerous elite schools such as The Dalton School and The Chapin. World-class hotels include the Carlyle, the Mark, and the Lowell.
