After working for a large Brokerage, Lynn decided that she wanted the advantages of working for a smaller company where she would be able to service her clients more intimately. As a native New Yorker and life-long resident of Upper East Side and Manhattan, Lynn can put her insider knowledge to work for her clients to find a special property in your neighborhood of choice. She pays attention to detail and her engaging personality and understands the local housing market in Manhattan. She enjoys servicing her clients with their needs and preferences until they are satisfied. Before deciding to go back to school, Lynn has worked in Fashion Retail Sales for major department stores, including: Bloomingdales. Lord and Taylor and Saks Fifth Avenue. She also marketed her own AVON business and has and entrepreneurial spirit. She enjoys servicing her clients with their needs and preferences until they are satisfied. Lynn graduated with a BA in Community Health from Empire State College as well as a Paralegal Certificate that she utilized working for a Small Law firm, before deciding on a career in Real Estate Sales.
Lynn has an appreciation of the numerous cultural aspects of Manhattan and belongs to the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) and frequently attends other museums including the Whitney and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. She loves the French Language and belongs to the French Institute Alliance Francaise in Manhattan. Lynn also holds a Culinary certificate as well and enjoys engaging in all aspects of Healthy Nutritional cooking and eating out at the numerous Restaurants in Manhattan.
