In New York City where the real estate industry is uniquely segmented yet relentlessly changing its business practice, he foresees business opportunities of providing client-centric and honest services to everyone, coupled with his detail-oriented market research and unbiased observations of the economic activities of the City.
Hiroaki came to the real estate industry after 15 years of experience in IT/business consulting, cross-border M&A's advisory, and corporate credit analysis. To bring the highest values to clients has been his discipline, and the clients used to recognize his hard work and creative approaches to accomplish difficult journeys.
Right before Kian Realty, Hiroaki had been with New York Branch of a major Japanese commercial bank for nine years, where he supported underwriting many kinds of transactions. As he covered the non-bank financial industry, he familiarized himself with investment in U.S. real estate and related securities from the lender's perspective. He understands real estate, one of the major asset classes, in the macroeconomic context.
Hiroaki studied International Development and Economics and earned Master's degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. He received Bachelor of Law from Kyoto University. He is a passionate amateur photographer.
